At FBL, employees enjoy the convenience of onsite wellness facilities, which provide workout equipment and an indoor track, as well as wellness classes, fitness programs and personal fitness counsel from trained wellness professionals, all at no charge to employees, their spouses and children older than 13.
Onsite child care is available at our West Des Moines, Iowa, and Lincoln, Neb., locations. The centers are licensed, and the West Des Moines facility is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The child-care facilities are open to the public; however priority is given to families of employees.
At the West Des Moines home office and in our Manhattan, Kan., locations, onsite dining facilities serve a variety of restaurant-quality, healthful and appealing breakfast and lunch options.
